REFUND POLICY

If, there is an issue with the order you receive, please send a message through the "Contact Us!" form on this page. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Many of our items are shipped from overseas. If you wish to cancel your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Your item will ship very quickly so the window to cancel is typically very narrow.

Once your order has shipped, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you may have.  

A member of our team will advise on the best course of action. You may be asked to return the item.

DAMAGED ITEM 

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future orders
